B. Alexander Jonathan was born on November 1, 1988, in a small town in the Kumbakonam district of Tamil Nadu. He was raised by his parents, Bunyan Iyadurai and Mary, who ensured he completed his education, culminating in a BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT). From an early age, Alexander was determined to become one of the leading businessmen in India, while simultaneously spreading education among the poor.

Alexander Jonathan has over a decade of experience in the field of education. Despite his success in business, he felt a deep-seated aspiration to create a lasting benefit for society. This led to the founding of the Jemiammal Educational Trust in 2016, located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The trust is dedicated to improving lives in poor communities, supporting youth in education and career guidance, and developing social consciousness among young people.
Under the aegis of the Jemiammal Educational Trust, Alexander established Fighter Wings Aviation College in 2016. The college offers education across various disciplines, particularly aviation studies. In a short span, he expanded the college's presence throughout Tamil Nadu, with a notable branch in Guindy, Chennai, offering degree programs. His vision is to make Fighter Wings Aviation College the premier institution for aviation education in India.
