The economy is dominated by the service, industrial, and agricultural sectors, in that order. Tourist revenue is an important source of income in Croatia, which is considered among the top 20 most popular tourist destinations in the world. Among Croatia's major commercial partners is the European Union, which accounts for about half of all exports. Croatia offers social security, universal health care, and tuition-free primary and secondary education, while also promoting culture via state institutions and business investments in media and publishing, as well as through international cooperation.
